Heartland Machine & Engineering Open House April 3

Heartland Machine & Engineering will celebrate its new 12,000 square-foot office space and showroom with a grand opening and open house on April 3, 2012, from 10 AM to 7 PM. A ribbon-cutting ceremony with state, local and industry dignitaries, facility and technical center tours, steak and shrimp lunch, machine demonstrations and prize giveaways will take place throughout the day.

At least 15 machines representing the industry's leading manufacturers will be demonstrated to showcase the latest technology and capabilities in producing a range of products from small medical parts to large, heavy industry parts, the company said. There will be a wide variety of machines on display from equipment suited for small job shops to high-speed machines designed for automotive parts production. Featured machines will include automated CNC lathes, vertical and horizontal machining centers, CNC OD grinders, deburring and drill-tapping machines, wire EDM machines, CNC vertical turning lathes, CNC double column bridge machines and automated robotics with precision tooling. Representatives from Hyundai-WIA, Shigiya, Amada Wasino, Johnford, Accutex EDM, Youji, Quick-Tech, Tongtai, LK Machinery and ZPS will be available for personal one-on-one demos and Q&A sessions.

Learn more details about the machine demonstration clinics being held throughout the day and register to attend the Grand Opening on the Heartland website.
