Design-2-Part Returns to the New York Metro AreaApril 1, 2012
Design-2-Part (D2P) Shows will return to the New York metropolitan area on April 11 and 12, 2012, with the Greater New York Design-2-Part Show. The show will take place at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, NJ. D2P's last show took place in the New York area in 2010.
"From design ideas to custom and stock parts thru final assembly, you will find the instant answers you need face-to-face at a Design-2-Part Show," said a spokesperson. "For over 37 years, manufacturers nationwide have relied on D2P Shows as the best place to meet high-quality, reliable American job shops and contract manufacturers who can help them build their products better.
"The show features exhibiting companies covering more than 300 manufacturing and service categories for the metals, plastics, rubber and electronics industries. Attendees will get their best opportunity of the year to meet face-to-face with new suppliers that can improve their quality, reduce their manufacturing costs and shorten time-to-market."
With nearly 200 exhibiting companies, this year's show will be the largest D2P Show ever held in metropolitan New York. The show will also be the New York area's only manufacturing event in 2012.
"Located just five miles outside of Manhattan, attendees will enjoy the convenience and free parking of the recently renovated Meadowlands Exposition Center," said the spokesperson. The expo center is easily accessible from all points in New Jersey. Situated at the intersection of Route 3 and the eastern spur of the New Jersey Turnpike/I-95, it is in close proximity to both the Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway.
Show hours are 9:30 AM to 3 PM on Wednesday and Thursday, April 11 and 12. Attendance and parking are free to qualified industry personnel.
