ESAB Welding & Cutting Products offers a full line of conventional and self-aligning rollerbeds as part of its line of automated handling equipment products. These rollerbeds are grit-blasted with a polyurethane finish coating to endure abrasive environments. They also feature solid-state inverter technology for precise speed control to ensure welding accuracy, the company said.

The rollerbeds are available in a variety of sizes and driver/idler rail bogie versions for a broad scope of applications. Depending on the project, fabricators can choose from conventional rollerbeds with load capacities from 2.5 to 60 tons or self-aligning rollerbeds with load capacities from 2.5 to 50 tons. These workpiece handling solutions are suitable for wind tower fabrication, offshore and shipyard, pressure vessels and pipelines.
