H&S Machinery has received the Doosan Infracore Machine Tools 2011 Distributor of the Year award at the company's recent dealer sales meeting. One of H&S Machinery's main accomplishments was an increase in sales of almost 300 percent over its unit-based goal for 2011. Founded in 1979 by Hollis Eddins and a Doosan/Daewoo distributor since 1986, the Louisiana-based dealer employs four sales people, four people in service and four in administration and management. Several of these employees have been with H & S Machinery for over 20 years.

Scott Eddins, H&S General Manager, and Richard Russell, the top H&S salesman, were on hand to receive the award presented by Mr. JY Lee, Doosan Infracore America President/CEO; Jim Shiner, VP of Sales & Marketing; and Marc Muniz, Regional Sales Manager.
