Koike PNC-10 Provides Affordable CNC CuttingApril 1, 2012
The PNC-10 Elite CNC cutting machine is designed to be a compact economical solution for oxy-fuel and plasma cutting. A low profile and small footprint allows the PNC-10 Elite to be transported easily and stored efficiently, the company said. The D410 control includes a 45-shape library and simple input interface. The standard USB port allows downloading of code for custom shapes and designs. The PNC-10 Elite includes piercing mode, kerf compensation and array settings.
Software is provided to download drawing files and create code that can be loaded into the PNC-10 with the memory stick provided. An instructional video is included to direct new users on setup and operation. Experienced operators will find that features offered on larger and more expensive cutting machines are included with the control, the company said.
Koike Aronson also produces a table for the PNC-10 that allows the machine to be set up in a permanent location. The unit can then be removed and moved easily to a remote work location. A plasma unit can be added.
