Mitee-Bite Products has introduced Vacmagic, a new vacuum pallet changing system designed to run off 70-80 PSI of standard shop air, with no vacuum pump required.

"Vacmagic owners can run high volume production runs at the same feeds and speeds they normally would, with precise repeatability," said a company spokesperson. "Swap over to a vacuum pallet for those jobs too difficult to clamp and be up and running within seconds. Mounting a vise on the standard pallet will eliminate indicating your vise before every use. This product won the "Best New Workholding" award and tied for "Best New Product" at the 2006 MACH Exhibition in the United Kingdom, said a company spokesperson.
