Nathaniel Group, Inc. (NGI) has announced that it has achieved a significant business milestone as it celebrates its 25th year of business.

Nathaniel Electronics was established as a full-time business in 1987 by Joel Melnick, and as it grew, it became Nathaniel Group, Inc. Over the years, the company developed a reputation for designing and manufacturing complex medical devices from its Vergennes, VT, location. Today, Nathaniel Group products have expanded into optical, scientific and industrial applications and can be found around the world.

"When I started Nathaniel, I thought about my customers and my employees. I wanted to build a company based on a specific way of doing business. I knew that if I focused on satisfying my customers and building a team of dedicated employees, in a win-win environment, the rest would take care of itself. A quarter of a century later I look back and see that the approach was the right one," said Joel Melnick, Nathaniel Group's Chief Executive Officer.
