The QV- 179 and 209 Box Way machines are especially designed for industries that demand heavy machining application. The heavily ribbed Meehanite casting provides durable, rigid support and the extra wide box ways provide cutting stability, the company said.
The QV Series offers machine travel of 44" to 78" in X and up to 35" in Y travel with 33" in Z. They come in CT 40 and 50 taper spindles with RPM from 6,000 to 12,000 with 30 tools as standard. Machines come with full enclosure Fanuc 0iMD control with AI Contour 200 block look ahead with JERK function.
