Hartwig Inc. Establishes Toll-Free Numbers for Machine Parts and EDM Supplies

Hartwig Inc. announces the establishment of two toll-free numbers and e-mail addresses that will make it easier for customers to directly contact the company for replacement parts as well as purchase EDM wire and supplies (Texas only).
The new toll-free numbers and addresses are:

"The creation of these toll-free numbers exclusively for parts and EDM supplies are another step toward making it easier for customers to reach Hartwig's expertise," said Seth Machlus, Vice President of Operations. "We have always had local numbers to contact us, but with our ongoing initiative to provide customers with the best total support experience we felt that an 866 number that went directly to the department versus the main line would be time-saving and beneficial."
"Our 11 parts representatives along with our EDM consultant will be available to assist customers with orders as well as answer any parts or EDM related questions with the speed and expertise they deserve," said Machlus.
