Custom Complex, High Strength Metal Components



Miki Pulley offers custom complex shaped components with precision, high strength quality features. Using Miki Pulley Sintering Technology (MST), components such as spur gears, pinions, rotors, timing pulleys and compound gears are manufactured to specification.

Miki Pulley's sintering technology includes 500 to 1,000 ton, multi-stage CNC forming press systems capable of producing high density, high mechanical strength parts.

Materials include sintered iron, Fe + CU + C and Fe + Ni + Mo + C alloys. Part size range varies based on design configuration with tolerances up to ±0.0007 inch. Quantities range from 10,000 components to long term, high quantity partnership programs with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

MST technology allows net shape part production with no secondary machining needed. Parts are ready for assembly. "The MST process saves material, and its excellent surface finishes and tolerance control make MST components ideal for a wide range of industrial applications," said a company spokesperson.
