Benchtop Robotic Dispensing System

The EZ Series Dispensers by Dispense Works Inc. are a new design in benchtop fluid dispensing robots. All XYZ motion and valve / syringe control are packaged inside of the head, requiring no external PC or control box for operation. In addition to being used as an independent work cell, this design makes it suitable for mounting on conveyors, over indexing dials, etc. to operate as a self-contained fluid dispensing station. Mounting flexibility can suit most special machine applications.

Designed with the latest embedded control technology, the EZ Series includes connectivity through RS-232, network and dual USB ports. Additional I/O and logic are included to streamline integration. Motion paths may be defined by typing commands, importing CAD files or using the jog and teach functions. Hundreds of patterns may be stored on the included CF memory card. The exclusive Super Speed technology performs at over 20" per second.

These systems are designed and built in the USA to machine tool quality standards. They utilize the same software / controls as the entire Dispense Works product line.
