Vero Software Hires New Customer Service Representative

Vero Software has hired Customer Service Representative (CSR) Vanessa Melcher to support sales and services for its Edgecam and Surfcam computer aided manufacturing (CAM) solutions.
In addition to maintaining close communications with and providing sales and customer service support to Edgecam and Surfcam customers, Melcher is tasked with supporting U.S.-based direct sales staff in growing and strengthening relationships for the two Vero Software brands.
Melcher earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and manufacturing engineering technology from Minnesota State University, and has accrued experience working in inside sales. Her position at Vero represents a unique blend of her specialties, communications and manufacturing.
