Miller Electric to Showcase Arc Welding Solutions at FABTECH 2025

More welders can take on TIG confidently with this welder that simplifies the process thanks to Auto-Set™ technology and an intuitive interface. An optional water cooler upgrade can support longer welds for more demanding jobs.

Venture 150 S:

Power and mobility work hand in hand with this battery-powered stick/TIG welder that eliminates the need for hauling long, heavy leads and includes swappable batteries engineered specifically for welding. With the battery and welder weighing less than 27 pounds, it’s ideal for quick welding jobs in remote or hard-to-reach locations. It can help operators save up to 250 hours per year by drastically reducing setup time and time spent dealing with tripped breakers. 

OptX 1kW:

Miller has expanded its handheld laser welding series with this new model that empowers more shops to harness the potential of laser technology and address the growing demand for efficient and cost-effective welding solutions in manufacturing and fabrication environments. With 1,000 watts of power, this welder is a powerful, precision-focused solution that minimizes distortion and spatter. Designed for high-volume, low-mix operations, it boosts productivity up to 10 times compared with traditional welding processes.

FILTAIR Purifier:

FabCOR Element XP:
