Allient Inc., a global designer and manufacturer of specialty motion, controls and power products and solutions, has recently announced it will present its latest industrial I/O and power solutions at the Rockwell Automation Fair 2025, taking place November 18–20, 2025 at McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, IL.

Visitors can explore Allient’s technologies at Allient Bellevue (Spectrum Controls) – Booth #723 and Allient Milwaukee (TCI) – Booth #2113.

Smarter I/O for Modern Automation from Allient Bellevue Spectrum Controls will debut its new PointMax 5034 I/O modules:

            • 5034-IV8-SC – 8-channel sourcing, 24V DC digital input module with input        timestamping, per-channel filtering, and counter datatype support.

            • 5034-0V8-SC – 8-channel sinking, 24V DC digital output module with fault and diagnostic detection and scheduled output capability.

Spectrum Controls will present #PS42: “Optimal Solutions for OEMs, Machine Builders and Solution Partners” on November 18 (3 to 4 PM) and November 20 (10 to 11 AM) in Room W192B.

“Our I/O solutions give OEMs and machine builders the flexibility, precision and reliability they need to tackle complex automation challenges,” said Curt Simms, Vice President and General Manager, Allient Bellevue.

Intelligent Power and Harmonic Mitigation from Allient Milwaukee TCI will highlight its HarmonicGuard Active Filter (HGA) line, offering industry-leading current ratings from 30A to 700A in a variety of packaging options. The company will also feature its PQconnect technology with EtherNet/IP and custom AddOn Profiles, which bring real-time intelligence to TCI’s passive harmonic filters and sine wave filters.

In collaboration with Grace Technologies, TCI will host #PS02: “Mitigating Harmonics & Continuous Thermal Monitoring” with Ian Wallace, Senior Director of Engineering and Chief Engineer at TCI, on November 17 (10 to 11 AM) and November 19 (2 to 3 PM).

“TCI power solutions integrate seamlessly within the Rockwell ecosystem for both power and controls interfaces,” said Ashish Bendre, Vice President and Group President (Bellevue, Milwaukee, Oshkosh). Our HGA filters have long featured EtherNet/IP connectivity through the Allient Universal Industrial Gateway (UIG), and we’re excited to extend that same connectivity to passive filters through PQ connect.”
