Vertical Tilt-Frame Bandsaw

The Cosen SVC-670DM vertical tilt-frame bandsaw allows the user to cut at any angle between 90° (straight cut) and 60/30° (miter cut) in both directions. The precision pivot system is designed to facilitate easy and accurate adjustment for angle cuts.

"While the standard 1-1/4 inch blade feature is preferred when cutting thick-walled and harder material, a 5 HP inverter driven drive is helpful in providing significant torque at all speed ranges," said a company spokesperson. "Hydraulically driven cast iron guide arms are rigidly supported by two heavy-duty linear guides to ensure straight cuts and eliminate vibration for longer blade life. The heavy-duty cast bed helps ensure long life, ridged structure and vibration dampening for a smooth and fast cut. The saw also allows for an adjustable blade cant up to 5° for cutting various material types."
