175-Ton Servo-Hydraulic Press Brake

Pacific Press offers its Blaise family of servo-hydraulic press brakes, offered in 175, 250, 350 ton sizes, with multiple ram lengths.

Features of new Blaise family of servo-hydraulic brake presses include:

  • Modular, lubeless gibbing assembly - for low maintenance, worry-free operations and less downtime
  • Trunnion-mounted cylinders - for longer, more-accurate bends up to the full length of the ram
  • Two-stage ram drop speed - to reduce bending time, shortening higher-quantity runs
  • Standard tooling attachments and quick-change tooling compatibility - to accommodate changing needs as manufacturing processes improve
  • 3D Delem CNC controller on an 180º pendant arm - to let users work efficiently; no more wasted time walking back and forth from bend point to controls
  • A multi-axis back gauge (up to five axes) - to enhance the reproducibility and efficiency of production runs.
