Sta-put123's parallel keepers offers easy installation and hold down to a 1/32" parallel.
Sta-put123 has introduced stainless steel parallel keepers that hold down to a 1/32" parallel. They are designed for easy installation and bolt into individual jaws. Small parts can be machined since it closes down to 1/8".
Specifications:
- Hardened and ground, plated, .0002 flat and parallel
- Holds parallels "rock solid" 1/32, 1/8, 1/4 with torsion bar; each holder stays together as a unit
- Will not move under heavy weight or cleaning
- Simple to install
- Eliminates operator errors on long parts runs
- Works with all Kurt style 6" vises
- Reduces the need for soft jaws (other than profiling) and allows for machining small parts as small as 1/8 and as large as full travel
- No special tools required
- Thumbscrew installation, with plastic caps over stainless socket head.
