HAINBUCH America announced that Jim McCraw has joined its team as an Applications Engineer supporting its growing number of regional sales managers across the U.S. and Canada.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, McCraw has spent his 30-year career in manufacturing and designing workholding and tooling systems for the production of a wide range of parts.
"Jim has had great success leading teams dedicated to optimizing processes, planning for new production and reducing operating costs," said a company spokesperson. "His experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to implement the best solutions for their needs makes him a great addition to our sales team and a valuable resource for our growing list of partners.
"In his new role he will work directly with our sales team, our partners and our customers to understand requirements and collaboratively craft solutions for their application challenges. He will then help coordinate with HAINBUCH engineering and the customer to help implement the solution in a timely manner."
