Ganesh Machinery Open House: Gen Fest 2017

Ganesh Machinery has announced its 2017 open house "Gen Fest 2017." It will be held Tuesday, October 3, 10 AM - 4 PM for California customers and Thursday, October 5, 12 PM - 5 PM for out of state customers. This event will be held at Ganesh Machinery's newly remodeled showroom at 20869 Plummer St. in Chatsworth, CA, and will feature new CNC machines with cutting demonstrations.

"Ganesh Machinery has identified many ways to help customers be more successful with new cutting-edge technology and automation solutions focusing on labor reduction and seamless production," said a company spokesperson. "Ganesh will give presentations on how to achieve complete part production by taking the machining cell concept to the next level. New high-speed drill-tap machines and integral pallet changing milling machines will be demonstrated, as well as CNC Swiss and multitasking CNC lathes with up to 11 axes, making short work of complex parts for profitable, unattended production."

The Cyclone 32 CS CNC Swiss-style machine will be shown with new enhanced capabilities, as well as the new 20 mm and 42 mm 8-axis Swiss-style machines. The 36-tool Cyclone 52 BY2 9-axis CNC lathe will be shown using angular cutting capabilities while demonstrating how complex lathe parts, up to o2" bar capacity, with milled and drilled angle features can be easily machined.

The new Ganesh CNC vertical milling machine line, starting with 24" x 16" and going up to 100" x 39", will be demonstrated. The Ganesh 5X-8 5-axis milling machine will be shown processing a full 5-axis workpiece. This new series of CNC verticals features the Mitsubishi M830 CNC control.

Ganesh also offers a complete toolroom line of manual and CNC machines. The Ganesh big-bore lathe series starts at 30" swing and goes up to 100" lathe swing capacity with spindle bores up to 15".

"Ganesh has extensive capabilities in production analysis, automation and turn-key solutions in support of challenging production applications," said the spokesperson. "We can help customers find the best solutions for their production problems." Attendees are invited to a fresh-grilled Mexican lunch from 11:45 AM to 1:45 PM.
