FPE Automation to Expand St. Louis Operations, Open Robotics Training Center

FPE Automation, a full-service, stocking distributor of components for industry, is expanding its facility in Sunset Hills, MO. Plans include a state-of-the-art robotics training center which will feature collaborative robots (cobots), 6-axis robots, SCARA robots, autonomous mobile robots (AMR) and more.

FPE Automation, in operation since 1963, opened this full-service branch in the St. Louis area in 2004. It is located at 12951 Gravois Road, Suite 120, in Sunset Hills, MO. At this location, there are currently full-time technical, customer service, shipping/receiving and sales staff, plus a fully-stocked warehouse. On the shelves are many manufacturing components, automation controls and pneumatic products FPE Automation carries. The expansion will include a state-of-the-art robotics training center, as well as additional office and warehouse space. Construction begins in late Summer 2019.

"We thank our valued customers, employees and suppliers, who have made this growth possible," said David Bardos, President and CEO. "We look forward to continue offering the most cost-effective solutions to enable our customers to increase production, profitability and remain relevant in their respective markets."
