Pace Industries Acquires Jackson Die Cast

Pace Industries, LLC, a custom die casting, engineering and manufacturing provider to the automotive, commercial vehicle, aerospace, defense, medical and other industries, has closed on the acquisition of an aluminum high-pressure die casting facility, Jackson Die Cast (JDC), from Metal Technologies of Indiana, LLC (MTI).

The acquisition of JDC, located in Jackson, TN, adds a strategic location to Pace Industries' already extensive footprint across the United States and Mexico. The facility offers core competencies in aluminum die cast and trim operations, machining and assembly that fully align with and expand the Pace capabilities portfolio. JDC's location in the Southeast amplifies Pace's ability to service and grow its strategic customer base.

"Pace Industries continually evaluates strategic opportunities in the marketplace to complement and strengthen our portfolio. With its experience, capabilities and regional reach, Jackson Die Cast is an ideal addition to the Pace family," said Vince Marino, Chief Strategy Officer of Pace Industries.

The 140,000 sq. ft. facility in Tennessee employs over 100 associates. The addition brings Pace to a total of 18 manufacturing facilities and nearly 4,000 employees within North America. With Pace's extensive and diverse customer base, Pace plans to grow the facility rapidly to meet its increasing customer demands.

"Our vision is to become the premier die casting manufacturing and engineering solutions supplier serving customers within multiple sectors worldwide. This acquisition marks yet another exciting step in our journey to excellence," said Donald Hampton, Jr., CEO of Pace Industries.
