High Performance PCD-Tipped Drills

CITCO Tools recently introduced its new line of high performance PCD-tipped drills.
"Developed by CITCO specifically to meet the requirements of today's precision production drilling applications, these high performance PCD tipped drills are available in diameters ranging from 1.5 mm up to 19 mm with virtually no limitations in length or configuration," said a company spokesperson. "The new high performance PCD tipped drills maintain both strength and accuracy by increasing productivity in drilling composites and non-ferrous materials with the tungsten carbide body and solid PCD drill point. CITCO engineers select PCD grades to produce high performance PCD tipped drills with cutting edges that stay sharp longer than conventional tools that tend to wear easily when machining tough, abrasive materials.
