The #9615025 from Palmgren provides clear vision for safe operation, a rapid adjustment of drill length and fast access for cutting tool changes.
Designed to give full protection from quill to drill point, the smooth telescopic action of the Palmgren 2-1/8" Max collapses as the drill penetrates the workpiece. It then returns to the extended position when the spindle is raised.
A spring-loaded plunger assembly securely locks the guard in a closed position whenever the guard is in the operating position. When released, the guard hinges up, allowing instant access. The guard is made from strong injection-molded high impact polycarbonate that offers clear and safe vision through body and visor.
