Support and guiding rollers from faigle are designed to deliver 15 to 20 years of continuous operation with performances of over 65,000 km, even under harsh operating conditions.
"The faigle rollers feature PAS-PU material, which was specially developed for these types of applications. The plastic has excellent mechanical properties including high wear resistance, resistance to humidity and grease and resistance to climatic conditions," said a company spokesperson.
faigle offers rollers made of hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane to prevent plastic decay due to water, making the rollers suitable for regions with high humidity.
Support and guiding rollers are designed to provide enhanced damping properties and quiet, smooth operation.
