Duplex Milling Machine

Ford Tool Steels, Inc. recently installed an Amada THV460 duplex milling machine. The milling machine will allow Ford to offer pre-squared blocks, "Ford Squared," in any grade available from its inventory.
Blocks can be furnished with the standard thickness tolerance of +.015/.030, along with widths and lengths that are square and parallel with a tolerance of +.015/.020. If closer tolerances are required, they can offer four-sided or six-sided machining.
