Cut-to-Length Brochure Offers Practical Advice for Fabricators

COE Press Equipment has announced the availability of a new 6-page brochure focused on the business aspects of installing an in-house Cut-to-Length (CTL) line. The brochure addresses the benefits to be gained, the equipment involved and tactical considerations for bringing blanking operations in-house. The content is based upon COE's practical experience and the operational and financial gains achieved by customers with a COE-installed CTL line.

"Many fabricators do not realize the benefits they can gain by bringing a blanking line in-house," said CEO Hunter Coe. "We hope this brochure will help to educate potential users and overcome their hesitancy in considering these systems."

COE CTL Lines are typically developed using the company's standard feeder, straightener and reel products with the addition of some optional special features. Standard coil handling and feeding equipment is then joined with COE shear and stacking solutions to deliver a complete integrated line.
