Frank Caldwell Joins Grover Precision

Grover Precision of Oxford, ME, announced that Frank Caldwell has joined Grover Precision as Quality and Tooling Manager.
A licensed Kaizen practitioner, Caldwell brings over three decades of program and project management, process improvement and quality engineering leadership to Grover where he will work closely with the engineering department during production and development.
Caldwell has experience throughout the manufacturing process, from planning to implementation and production. He has spent over 30 years in the industry, beginning as a tool & die maker and quality inspector for a Maine-based contract manufacturer.
