Riten Industries now has the capability to repair and remanufacture tail stocks for lathes and grinders from all manufacturers.
According to the company, the service includes repair or replacement of all worn parts, in-house fabrication of obsolete or unavailable components, replacement of bearings and requalification of ID and OD to guaranteed concentricity that meets or exceeds the manufacturer's original specifications. Rebuilt tail stocks carry a one-year factory warranty with all required material certifications.
Riten can also design and build tail stock conversions such as dead to live and live to dead. Tail stocks can be upgraded to a larger or different taper. Riten can also fabricate a complete customized tail stocks and live quills to fit customer requirements.
