New Pallet System for EDM and Milling

HIRSCHMANN Engineering USA, Inc. is introducing a new high accuracy pallet system for EDM and milling applications. This new system was developed for applications requiring better than 0.002 mm (0.00008") repetitive accuracies.
The new µ-PrisFix H1.1000 pallet system offers a changing accuracy of <0.001 mm (0.00004"). Using the IP68 international standard the reference elements are completely sealed with the pallet in place. The diameter of the clamper and pallet is 50 mm with a total stack height of 40 mm with the pallet attached.
The new µ-PrisFix H1.1000 can be used in the manufacture of complex workpieces in wire, vertical and small hole EDM and milling applications, that include industries such as: medical, power turbine, aeronautical engineering, gear manufacturing, R&D and others.
