Double Column Automatic Saw with Shuttle Vise

Cosen Saws has released the C-320GNC, a gantry type automatic saw. The C-320GNC is an upgrade of one of the company's previous saw models. On the C-320GNC, two large-diameter round columns support the saw frame.
"Added features include a dual-speed pulley, an enlarged cross link, scrap-free vise plates, a multi-voltage transformer and an easily detachable splash guard," said a company spokesperson. "The new saw also has a precision dual valve system, back-tilted saw frame for longer blade life, an automatic hydraulic blade tensioning device, an automatic work height sensor and inverter controlled variable blade speed."
The saw utilizes Smart NC-100 (SNC) technology, which features the following:
- PLC
- 5.7" HMI touchscreen
- "Save-a-Blade" feature
- Capability of programming and storing 100 individual jobs
- Access to blade speed, blade life and error diagnosis
- Automatic kerf loss compensation, multiple indexing and machine shutoff.
The C-320GNC also has a shuttle vise with the following features:
- Secure vise clamping and smooth material feeding
- Scrap-free vise plates
- Full stroke hydraulic cylinder
- Optional hydraulic top clamp
- Split front vise
- Double retracting vise.
