Flint Machine Tools, now representing Bodor lasers, will be showcasing the Bodor model i5 1000W IPG precise laser cutting machine. This machine features a full protection design, sealed working space, a space saving structure, cast iron machine bed, cast aluminum crossbeam, a one-button electrical vertical lifting door, Bodor Pro 2.0 operating system, 21.5" HD touchscreen, WiFi remote intelligent assistance, elegant curves and compact design, auxiliary gas low pressure alarm function, intelligent travel protection, automatic lubrication systems and a new generation safety following module. The Bodor laser cutting machine is suitable for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and alloy metal materials.
Another machine to be displayed is the Aberlink Xtreme 350 shop floor CMM. It is designed for the shop floor and in-process measurements. "The unique design and compact footprint, combined with its built-in thermally controlled structure, make the Xtreme unique to the industry," said a Flint spokesperson. "By eliminating the need for part mastering or thermally controlling the environment where the machine is installed, it removes unneeded processes and costs for temperature control."
