Dual Spindle, Turret Design Integrated with Quick Gantry Loader

Neway's NL120HD dual spindle, dual turret design integrated with quick gantry loader and double part stocker is engineered to provide high speed turning for massive volume production with two operation applications.
The high-speed gantry loader up to 16 m/min (6,300 IPM) provides fast part loading time and eliminates non-machining time in operation, with the maximum loading size, O120 x 80 mm (O 4.7 x 3.2") and maximum loading weight, 3 kg x 2 (6.6 lbs. x 2).
The system also provides standard two rotary part storage with 12-station part stockers each that give an individual loading/unloading extra storage capacity. "Meanwhile it increases the production flow more efficiently to reduce cycle time and set-up time," said a Neway spokesperson.
This model comes with FANUC Oi-TF control and digital servo drive and motor. This latest control provides a function within its standard features, such as rigid tap, and multiple threading.
