VitalDyne Medical, Inc. Appoints President



Todd Schroeder

Todd Schroeder has been appointed President and CEO of VitalDyne Medical, Inc., a contract manufacturer specializing in medical device development and manufacturing. VitalDyne is an ISO 13485:2016 certified, FDA registered manufacturer of Class II and III devices for the cardiac, neurology, urology device markets.

Schroeder brings to VitalDyne two decades of leadership in manufacturing, engineering, service and software industries. Most recently, he was president/CEO of Aeration Industries International, an international wastewater treatment company and a portfolio company of Granite Equity Partners.

Schroeder began with Aeration Industries in 2012 as chief financial officer successfully managing the company's transition from a family owned business to a bank and investor financed company. In 2013, Schroeder assumed the position of chief operating officer transforming operations and staff leading to the growth experienced once he became president in 2015.

With degrees in business administration and accounting, Schroeder began his career serving in high level financial positions for 15 years. These positions included staff auditor for Coopers & Lybrand, controller for Jostens, Inc., corporate finance manager for Regis Corporation and controller and VP of Finance for Lifetouch, Inc.

"With Todd's comprehensive and successful background, we believe he is the ideal leader to take VitalDyne Medical to next level," Vice President Sales Michelle Kuske stated. "I believe Todd will professionally manage our rapid growth and maintain a high-level of quality, reliability and response to our growing OEM medical customers."

VitalDyne Medical is a family owned business which Mike, Mariellyn and Michelle Kuske began in 2000. The company started in a small facility, and since has growth to a Class II and III device manufacturing company.
