The Kalamazoo Machine Tool model C370 A-NC cold saw is a fully automatic saw that is engineered with a heavy-duty vertical column, providing stable saw frame guidance for vibration-free sawing.
The 48" index feeder enables production of longer workpieces without having to stop and reset indices. This, together with a higher feedrate, results in improved productivity.
The C370 A-NC cold saw features infinitely variable blade speed control from 13 RPM to 89 RPM to enable fine-tuning for precise sawing of even difficult materials. The air-over-hydraulic system provides improved sawing rates. The saw frame can be swiveled for mitering to any desired angle up to 45° left or 60° right.
The pendant mounted numeric control console is easy to use. It has soft-touch controls for all set-up and sawing operations, including height/depth controls for efficient saw cycling and high productivity in volume production work. Frequent jobs can be stored for fast recall.
