New Products to Increase CNC Machine Tool Performance, Productivity

Royal Products has introduced six new products for 2025. They are designed to increase CNC machine tool performance, productivity and profits.
New products include:
- Multi-Tasking Chuck (MTC): A 3-jaw chuck, collet chuck and I.D. workholding system all in one, the MTC handles a variety of jobs and eliminates the need to change out lathe workholding.
- Rota-Rack Compact: Specifically designed for Swiss applications, this plug & play parts accumulator unlocks hours of unmanned production.
- SLV (Sturdy Little Vise) Self-Centering Vises: Box-way construction and elevated spindle provide high grip force for more aggressive chip removal.
- Quick-Grip Combo Chuck: Quickly switch from O.D. to I.D. gripping. "Compared to pullback designs, this chuck's unique dead-length operation makes it superior to others on the market-perfect for sub-spindles," said a company spokesperson.
- QG-32 Power-Block Collet Fixture: High-density workholding for machining centers features a modular design and compact footprint, making it suited for multipart applications.
- QG-100 to QG-65 Adapter: Enables OG-65 collets to be used on small diameter jobs. Now operators can hold parts as small as 3/16" diameter in a QG-100 system.
