Angle Lock Torch Adjuster

Broco Rankin's is now included with each of the Broco Rankin Multi-Process Welding Kits for the Rankin Automation Two Axis Automated Welding Machine.
The mounts to the machine by means of an adapter secured to the outlet side of the wire feeder on the Rankin Automation Two Axis Automated Welding Machine. The adapter allows the adjuster to be turned as much as 180° and can also be changed to vertical to 45° for fillet welding.
The has a quick lock/release lever that unlocks the swivel housing to allow for the easy adjustment of the torch angle. The torch angle can quickly be adjusted to specific job needs without having to be removed. Torch parts include precision machined aluminum with inner brass housings.
To add versatility to the Rankin Automation Two Axis Automated Welding Machine, Submerged Arc Welding Kits, Open Arc Welding Kits, Oxy-Fuel Straight Line Cutting Kits and MIG Carbide Application Kits are now available. The kits can be used for a variety of jobs, including welding, joining, cutting, hardfacing and fabrication.
