Workholding Options for Today's Shrinking CNC Machining Centers

Kurt offers a lineup of holding options for workpieces being machined on small CNC tables. The product line is categorized by workholding envelopes fitting machine tables measuring 16" or smaller in the Y dimension.

Kurt's small machine table workholding options range in size from a 5.00" length up to a 15.500" length vise. Models are available in single station, double station and self centering styles to create ideal holding solutions for a wide variety of part configurations and densities. Manual and hydraulic options are available to suit short to high volume production requirements.

Clamping forces range from 1,800 lbs. up to 12,600 lbs. and are dependent on the model selected and whether manual or hydraulic actuation is utilized. Additional features include machinable jaws, hard jaws and features such as AngLock and Pull-type - all designed to reduce jaw lift and provide rigid workpiece holding.

All Kurt vises are manufactured in Kurt's employee-owned USA plant.
