Verisurf Software, Inc. will present Verisurf 2019 software, the latest release of its measurement software for automated quality inspection and reporting, scanning and reverse engineering, tool building and assembly guidance. Enhancements in the new release focus on automated inspection and compatibility across the manufacturing enterprise, whether in the quality lab or on the shop floor.
Verisurf 2019 can be used to program and operate new and legacy CNC CMMs; the same inspection routine can also be used with portable arms and trackers. This universal compatibility provides increased productivity and continuity between first article and production inspection, as well as the flexibility to move between the quality lab and the shop floor.
The new CMM Master 500 is an expanded version of the current CMM Master 300 model, but with nearly four times the capacity of working volume and combined part and fixture weight. The complete automated shop floor inspection system combines the power of Verisurf software with Equator comparative gauges to deliver a fully programmable CMM solution, suitable for the quality lab and shop floor. The new Verisurf CMM Master 500 is available in standard height (9.8" working height) and extended height (15.7" working height).
