Blackwell Capital Group LLC has acquired Custom Production Grinding, a Menomonee Falls, WI-based provider of high-precision cylindrical grinding, honing and surface grinding of parts for manufacturers and machine shops.
"Custom Production Grinding is well known throughout the Midwest for its incredible ability to adhere to very tight tolerances in part profiles and in meeting demanding deadlines," said Steve Balistreri, Managing Director of Blackwell Capital Group. "We are looking forward to building upon that excellence, and to expanding Custom Production Grinding's geographic reach and breadth of services."
The precision grinding company was sold by Robert Marx, the second-generation owner of the business that his parents launched in 1983. Custom Production Grinding's leadership remains in place, including Mark Yogerst, President; Greg Schoepke, CFO/Controller; and Paul Champeau, General Manager.
