The AutoFiltrex works in-line, taking dirty fluid from the holding tank and delivering clean fluid to the workpiece. As fluid flows through the AutoFiltrex cylinder, high intensity magnetic circuits extract ferrous contamination.
"With an integral waste reclaim and fluid recovery system, it operates with minimal user intervention," said the spokesperson. "It offers class leading fine particle extraction, which provides huge cost savings in fluids and filter consumables."
AutoFiltrex is suited for most ferrous machining applications, such as grinding, honing, lapping, forming and quenching processes. It can also be utilized in wash station applications.
