Master Fluid Solutions offers its first medical-grade cutting fluid, TRIM MicroSol 642RX, and aerospace-approved TRIM MicroSol 692XT.
TRIM MicroSol 642RX is designed to meet the stringent approvals required for medical equipment manufacturing. It is low-foaming, has high lubricity, a long sump life and is free of animal derived raw materials. It is suited for use with titanium, stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloys and exotic alloys.
TRIM MicroSol 692XT is a high-lubricity, semisynthetic microemulsion coolant. This formula offers extended sump life, greater bio stability and better foam control. It is compatible with a wide range of materials, including titanium, high-nickel alloys, steels, copper and aluminum alloys.
