Hard Jaws Feature Diamond Shaped Serrations

Hard jaws from Dillon Manufacturing will be featured in HOUSTEX booth #127.

According to the company, the hard jaws feature diamond shaped serrations for increased pull down effect, reducing part slippage and push back, especially when using a bar feeder. The aggressive serrations on the gripping surfaces are also designed for cast parts, scaly parts or parts with imperfections.

Manufactured of 8620 steel, the jaws are case hardened, surfaces ground and the jaws coated with black oxide for corrosion resistance. The 8620 material is designed to provide long jaw life and greater precision using ground locating services. They are available in different mounting configurations including serrated, T&G, Acme and square serrated key types to fit all brands of chucks. Dillon chuck jaws are versatile, with multiple radii for both inside and outside clamping making them ideal for any size run.
