Prolong Super Lubricants has introduced the , designed to improve mechanical efficiency and extend the life of hydraulic systems, provide superior resistance to extreme pressure friction and heat. Formulated with Prolong's AFMT (Anti-Friction Metal Treatment), Prolong is designed to lower operating temperatures and withstand temperatures in excess of 500 degrees.
According to the company, through a molecular and chemical process designed to displace moisture and protect metal surfaces, Prolong helps prevent corrosion and oxidation of hydraulic pumps, reducing costly repair or replacement. Prolong is available in 1-gallon bottles, 5-gallon buckets and 55-gallon drums.
