Custom Designed Tooling for Line of Custom Industrial Manipulators

TDA Buddy offers custom designed tooling for its line of custom industrial manipulators. These custom end effectors include grippers, vacuum pick up devices, magnets and other ergonomic end devices. Manufacturing grippers are suitable for handling products ranging from window frames and structural components to fragile parts to large, heavy, complex parts.
End effectors (tooling) include mechanical and pneumatic grippers that are attached to the end of articulating or 3-D manipulator arms. "The vacuum gripper lifting systems are designed to pick and place panel stampings, glass, heat formed parts and other large parts making rack or pallet loading and unloading an easy, one-person operation," said a company spokesperson. To enhance worker safety, the company offers vacuum pick up devices that enable press operators to safely adjust or retrieve out of position parts on presses.
End effector tooling includes C-frame tooling, core-grip roll handlers, expanding mandrels, magnets, mechanical tooling, vacuum pick up devices and vacuum/pneumatic/mechanical grippers.
