Material Handling Solutions and AGVs MAX 2026

Creform will feature several products at the MAX Show, Booth 829. Pictured is a virtual path navigation AGV system.

Creform Corporation will showcase its solutions at the MAX Manufacturing & Automation eXchange Show-formerly known as the Assembly Show South-in Booth 829 March 25-26, 2026, The Music Center, Nashville, TN.

Highlighting the exhibit will be a virtual path navigation AGV system. This navigation for AGV frees users from tedious tape installation, providing easier route changes and more flexible layout planning. Creform offers several of the virtual path navigational AGVs. Depending on the model, the AGV System can travel up to 50 m/min., carry up to 4,500 lbs. of weight with 360° coverage, and control up to 50 courses with 128 commands via HMI touchscreen and built-in RFID for traffic control.

Personnel will be able to discuss the newest entry in the Creform world of carts: ACROS Unit. ACROS is a cart that is designed to be used on challenging terrains such as snow, soil, sand, mud, grass, rough concrete, industrial floors, and even steps. Also featured will be the extensive line of Creform gravity roller conveyors.

The Creform System consists of over 700 components including plastic-coated steel pipe, fittings, and accessories for building AGVs, flow racks, carts, workstations, and other material handling structures.

Creform solutions include:

  • AGVs, from simple bolt-on units to sophisticated low profile tuggers
  • Tape, or no tape systems that can be simple loops for kit cart delivery to plant-wide material delivery
  • Units that have a variety of load ratings, configurations, and power sources
  • Gravity flow conveyors that are wide and narrow, as well as skatewheel conveyor systems
  • Flow racks that are designed and built as single-lane parts feeders to large supermarket systems for kitting
  • Flow racks that are designed for the application.

Carts, from small general purpose push carts to model specific kitting carts are Creform specialties. They are built using a system of 28 mm and 42 mm plastic coated steel pipe and metal joints and can be configured for ESD (anti-static) applications.
