Spray Cabin Filters Out Machined Parts Contaminants

When compressed air is used to blow off oil, dust and other debris from machined parts on the factory floor, these contaminants become airborne and can affect the health and safety of machine operators. The LNS SC500 spray cabin is designed to remedy this problem by providing a compact, mobile enclosure for this process that uses an air filtration system to remove 99% of contaminants.
The spray cabin includes large, lockable wheels for easy mobility, side trays for holding tools or instruments and a washable pre-filter. A low-noise, energy-efficient, single-phase motor is also standard, while a 3-phase motor and main filter replacement light are available options.
The SC500 spray cabin is the latest addition to the LNS line of air filtration systems, which includes oil mist collectors that use a patented 3-stage filtration system to control the heavy mist created by today's higher RPM machine tools and high pressure coolant.
