Triple Station Notcher

Tooling can be used in a mechanical punch press, ironworker or H237MP hydraulic mini press as shown.

INNOVO Corporation has introduced the 237SUT single unit triple station notcher for producing 90° joints on pipe ends. "The unique design allows the combination of three common sizes in a single unit, reducing the amount of tooling required and tool changeover time," said a company spokesperson.

The unit features a hardened housing and hardened D-2 tool steel cutting components. Individual removable punches allow for ease of sharpening. Tooling can be used in a mechanical punch press, ironworker or H237MP hydraulic mini press. Standard tool sets for any combination of 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2" pipe sizes are available. Custom applications are quoted upon request.
