Standard and Tailor-Made Lifting Products

The XA Aluminum Workstation Crane from Konecranes has been designed to meet the requirements of most modern lifting demands in industries such as the automotive sector. The multipurpose XA Aluminum Workstation Crane is designed to be light-weight yet strong enough to handle demanding production needs. It can handle low loads up to two metric tons. The system features a modular design, high structural stiffness, small rolling resistance and quiet use.

"Coupled with Konecranes' CLX, AirBalancer and Vertical Lifter, the XA Workstation Lifting system provides smooth and quiet operation, even across joints," said a company spokesperson. "When compared to traditional steel I beam, this light aluminum structure reduces rolling resistance and dead weight by 50%. The aluminum construction is designed to move loads faster and with less effort. An anodized surface provides enhanced corrosion resistance."

Monorails, single, double girder and low headroom cranes can be configured for use across the entire production line. The XA Aluminum Workstation Crane has different profile sizes for different loads and all profiles have bolt connections so no welding is required.

Customizable options include a motorized trolley with integrated frequency control, suspensions and power-feeding lines, and a self-standing structure.
