Now, Haas owners can also shop online for genuine OEM Haas parts at HaasParts.com, and access maintenance and repair procedures, best practices, manuals and documentation, system diagrams and much more through the new online Haas Resource Center.
"HaasParts.com is the official Haas Automation CNC parts website, and the only online source for genuine OEM Haas parts," said a Haas spokesperson. Customers simply enter the serial number of their machine to search for the parts they need, or they can enter the Haas part number directly. Once they have located the desired parts, they simply add them to their parts list and place the order. The parts order is sent directly to the customer's local HFO, who will contact them to finalize payment and delivery. Customers can access the website from the Haas Automation home page at www.HaasCNC.com, or directly at www.HaasParts.com.
"The online Haas Resource Center is a one-stop shop for valuable information about the care and maintenance of Haas machines," said a company spokesperson. Customers will find knowledge to help keep their machines running in top condition, with content available in the following categories: Routine Maintenance, How To - Best Practices, Manuals & Documentation, Repairs & Service and Drawings & Diagrams.
"The information is presented in a straightforward, easy-to-understand format, and new content is being added constantly. As an added benefit, the site can automatically translate the content into more than 40 languages.
