Abtex Corp. Fills Two Key Management Positions

Abtex Corp. has filled two key management positions with the hiring of a new Controller and a new Purchasing Agent.
Abtex's new Controller, overseeing all financial operations and controls, is Lyell Adler of Waterloo, NY. He comes to Abtex from Mettler-Toledo High-Speed of Ithaca, where he held a similar position. Adler brings to the role more than two decades of financial experience in manufacturing. He holds a B.S. in accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology and is a Certified Management Accountant and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
Shirley Bendura of Penn Yan joins Abtex as Purchasing Agent, managing the procurement of all materials used in the manufacturing of Abtex's deburring brushes. She is a former Abtex employee who spent the previous four years in a similar role with Z-Axis in Phelps, NY. She holds a degree from Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, PA.
